You are planning a relaunch
Review the platform, design and operations together.
A Swiss alternative to Shopware
Your store should fit your business today and as it grows. Together, we assess whether NetSeller suits your features, costs and support needs.
01 / Why switch?
Perhaps you are planning a relaunch, need company accounts and different terms, or want a clearer view of monthly costs and who looks after your store.
A change of platform makes sense when it serves your actual requirements better. We start with your catalogue, processes and essential features, then decide how the project should be delivered.
02 / Fit
NetSeller is not automatically the best choice for every store. These four situations make a concrete comparison worthwhile.
Review the platform, design and operations together.
Storefront, project work and ongoing operations are priced separately.
Company accounts, staff, ordering rights and price lists are built in.
Discuss features, custom work and operations with the Swiss provider.
03 / Features
Many features for day-to-day commerce are already there. What matters is whether they cover your processes.
Explore all featuresYour plugins, payment providers, ERP and logistics processes are part of the comparison. Subscriptions, product configurators, complex approvals or large editorial sites require specific assessment.
04 / NetSeller
Ready, Branded and Custom differ in design work, not in NetSeller features.
Hosting, SSL, backups, monitoring, updates, staging and a fixed amount of support time are included.
Each installation runs on its own server instance in Switzerland or Germany.
Companies, staff, ordering rights, addresses and agreed terms stay connected.
Essential, Managed and Managed Pro can be cancelled monthly. You can export your data at any time.
05 / Costs
The cost consists of the storefront, project work and operations. There is no separate NetSeller licence fee.
Migrations start at CHF 2’500. An in-depth assessment starts at CHF 1’500 and is credited against a Branded or Custom project.
Additional integrations and custom development are quoted separately.Hosting, updates, staging and included support time are part of all three standard packages.
Larger catalogues can also be migrated and hosted. We assess the required server resources and costs for your store. Hosting in Germany is also available.
06 / Migration
We make each step explicit so you can see what is imported, adapted or built anew.
Record features, plugins, payment methods and interfaces.
Agree on data, design and additional work.
Connect Shopware 6, map destination stores and run a test.
Check checkout, payments, shipping and agreed processes.
Coordinate launch, redirects and final data changes.
07 / Direct contact
NetSeller is a product of PAWECO GmbH in Eich, Switzerland. We discuss how your store works, what it needs and which implementation fits.
In a demo, we show the parts relevant to your business, from catalogue and company accounts to order processing.
08 / FAQ
A realistic comparison matters more than a blanket promise.
That depends on your features and integrations. We compare your requirements with current NetSeller capabilities and clarify any changes before the project. We cannot promise a like-for-like replacement for every Shopware setup.
Shopware plugins cannot be carried over unchanged. We check what each important plugin does and whether NetSeller already provides that function, can be configured for it or needs additional work.
A guided assistant imports Shopware 6 catalogue data. Customers, orders, customer passwords, gift card balances and custom data need a separate assessment.
We consider existing URLs and important content in the migration plan and define the redirects needed. Rankings cannot be guaranteed after a relaunch or platform change.
Saferpay and Stripe are currently integrated with NetSeller. We assess the available payment methods and your shipping and logistics processes for your store.
NetSeller has a documented API and webhooks. Whether an existing integration fits or a custom connection is needed depends on your system and processes.
That depends on your current contract, extensions, hosting model and support needs. We compare the future total cost, including migration, for your store.
That depends on data volume, design and integrations. After assessment, we define the project plan, test phase and switch.
We can review your project. The published migration assistant is designed for Shopware 6; data transfer and approach for Shopware 5 must be planned separately.
The first conversation and initial assessment are free and without obligation. If an in-depth assessment or test migration is needed, we agree on scope and cost beforehand.
09 / Migration check
