Individual requirements

Additional users: CHF 25 per month. Support beyond the included allowance: CHF 164 per hour. All prices exclude VAT. Essential, Managed and Managed Pro may be cancelled monthly. Individual contract terms apply to SLA / Enterprise.
Server location in Switzerland or Germany. Each installation has its own server instance. The included service and support are the same at both locations.
* Independent products are counted. Variants assigned to one parent product do not count separately. If sizes, colours or other versions are set up as separate products, each counts as a product. Larger catalogues can be handled with additional server resources; moving to SLA / Enterprise is not automatically required.
What's included
The monthly fee covers reliable hosting and ongoing platform maintenance. There is no separate licence fee.
Your installation runs separately from other customers.
Core, security and feature updates keep the platform current.
Your data remains available for export from NetSeller.
Standard packages may be cancelled monthly; Enterprise terms are agreed individually.
